Why am I having so many issues today - did anyone who applied to Covington's Legal Horizon events (corp/disputes) have the Winter/Summer Vacation Scheme applications become unavailable to them? The only thing I can apply to is the Mentoring scheme... lol

This sometimes happens with App4law so email GR and they will fix it. It happened with me for 2 Birds last year and they added the create a new application box.

Can I mention in the work experience section that a legal shadowing placement I was meant to be doing for one week was reduced to three days because I couldn't attend the whole week due to illness? @Jessica Booker

I personally wouldn't worry about including this detail - I would just focus on what you experienced and gained from the placement instead.

AG direct TC app application critical thinking test but transfer the application to the VS and progressed to critical thinking stage. I can't write properly lol as its my first application good news for months.

Hey! It's a game-based assessment similar to pwc. There is not much to prepare for - except for usual googling of Arctic Shores/looking it up on YouTube so that you get an idea of the tasks.

For instance, for this question to separate my answers to the experiences I want to talk about: "Please give details of any interests and extra-curricular activities, including any positions of responsibility or achievements. Tell us what skills and competencies you have developed in the activities you have undertaken and how you developed these"

Hi @Lastseasonwonder. I had used a combination of both prose and headings, as well as bullet-points in my application answers and got progressed onto the next stage. However, often times I found myself using prose. I would say regardless of which format you use, ensure you answer all arms of the question and don’t spin off on any tangents. Hope this helps, and feel free to drop any more questions if you have them
