Hi, grad rec have reached out and asked about reasonable adjustments for AC.
Apart from extra time - does anyone know what adjustments I can get for being neurodiverse?
Has anyone ever been successful in getting the questions in advance?
Clown I have a diagnosis“Does anyone know what I can get”
You are making your reasonable adjustments sound like you have just won a free burger at Burger King.
Ideally, you should have a support plan in place which has been created by a medical expert or disability coordinator. That’s where you will find out what adjustments you will require for work/studies. If they deem that you require written materials or questions in advance, then absolutely you may request this.
If you do not have this, and you have self diagnosed your neurodivergence, then it is most likely self curable too.
It’s highly unlikely that you will get the questions in advance as this is a massive risk to law firms and they have no way to stop you from circulating or leaking the information.
Well then refer to your support plan. You will find all the reasonable adjustments you are entitled to.Clown I have a diagnosis
Considering the OP said ‘grad rec reached out’ I don’t think they are making it sound anything like what has been described here. It must have been noted on their application for grad rec to know about needing certain adjustments.“Does anyone know what I can get”

All adjustments that someone requires are clearly stated in a support plan or needs based report. The OP should just refer to what is in there and let grad rec know.Considering the OP said ‘grad rec reached out’ I don’t think they are making it sound anything like what has been described here. Yeah I’ll just look for the section that says ‘interview adjustments’ clown 🤡Well then refer to your support plan. You will find all the reasonable adjustments you are entitled to.
It's not easy to know what adjustments you need, especially as you get older. There are adjustments I had for GCses and A levels that I don't need now.“Does anyone know what I can get”

Hi, grad rec have reached out and asked about reasonable adjustments for AC.

Has anyone ever been successful in getting the interview questions in advance?
samejust got this from Latham's after not hearing if I have progressed for an AC "Due to the volume of applications we received we are still working through reviewing these. We are therefore hoping to provide you with a further update on the status of your application within the end of February."
I did their test 4.12.24, so was nervous the email was a PFO as ik some people got holding emails or progressed to ACsame
I don’t know why you are getting so defensive. The question you asked isn’t something that anyone on here can even answer.Yeah I’ll just look for the section that says ‘interview adjustments’ clown 🤡
I did the test in early September, think they are just going through the applications stillI did their test 4.12.24, so was nervous the email was a PFO as ik some people got holding emails or progressed to AC
I don’t think it’s right to assume based on tone of a post whether someone is trying to seek extra adjustments that they may or may not be entitled to.All adjustments that someone requires are clearly stated in a support plan or needs based report. However, from the tone of the post, It seems like they were trying to get extra adjustments which they were not entitled to
I don’t think you could get questions in advance solely because often they aren’t all prepared in advance - sometimes partners will ask follow up questions based on the answers you give them.Hi, grad rec have reached out and asked about reasonable adjustments for AC.

This is how you respond after being challenged? Not a great look.Yeah I’ll just look for the section that says ‘interview adjustments’ clown 🤡
Noooo I applied 27th Dec and was so hopeful for MoFo 🥲 congratulations though!I wasn't going to answer as well lol! I applied on the 3rd of January, a few days before deadline I think

If grad rec reached out to them, surely it must have been included in their original application. I don’t think there was a need to assume they were self diagnosing neurodivergence either.
There were adjustments I had in school that do not bare relevance anymore. Similarly, having gone through this application cycle, I have requested adjustments I didn’t need before, such as around interview formats.
Guys, this is not what this forum is for!!! What is the point in disputing about a possible misunderstanding- when all someone asked for is some advice, because MAYBE they wanted to be sure of something before asking Grad recruitment- there is NOTHING wrong with this, and we should encourage everyone to ask questions!!!He literally asked “does anyone know what I can get”.
“Has anyone been successful in getting the questions in advance”
I’m sorry, but how is anyone reading that not going to have alarm bells ringing?
It sounds exactly like they’re trying to game the system. If they really wanted to know what adjustments they were entitled to, they would not come on here trying to see what other adjustments people have got.
That’s like saying you’re allergic to nuts and can’t eat nuts and require dietary restrictions because some random user like “bigboy101” on TCLA is allergic to nuts. Please explain this logic to me?
