Is this for the VS or TC app? What stage are people's Linklaters apps on? Last year I got rejected at 66% (candidate review), but mine shows 77% progress with aa tick by candidate review.
Hey Guest, do you have a question for graduate recruitment? Gemma Baker from Willkie is live to answer your questions!

I can't see a percentage, but mine is on candidate review no tick? I suppose it means they've reviewed your app, but are waiting to progress, maybe until the new year? Or at least after christmas? What stage are people's Linklaters apps on? Last year I got rejected at 66% (candidate review), but mine shows 77% progress with aa tick by candidate review.
I'm the same - 77% + tick by candidate review. It would be so lovely if we got a positive response this week Fingers crossed for us 🍀What stage are people's Linklaters apps on? Last year I got rejected at 66% (candidate review), but mine shows 77% progress with aa tick by candidate review.
I think you can see the percentage when you click on 'Applications' in the top left cornerI can't see a percentage, but mine is on candidate review no tick? I suppose it means they've reviewed your app, but are waiting to progress, maybe until the new year? Or at least after christmas?
I believe 66% is an automatic rejection. What stage are people's Linklaters apps on? Last year I got rejected at 66% (candidate review), but mine shows 77% progress with aa tick by candidate review.
Do you know if 77% means you also 'passed' the CAPP assessment? Thank youI believe 66% is an automatic rejection.
77% you met the WG benchmark so it’ll be reviewed. I’ve was rejected at 66% last cycle but had 77% this cycle.
I have no clue sorry! However, I can provide insight into my results?Do you know if 77% means you also 'passed' the CAPP assessment? Thank you
If that is the case then 31/40 (70th percentile) is a failing score in their WGI believe 66% is an automatic rejection.

Hmm, I got 29/40 (33 percentile) but I know someone that got 28/40 (55 percentile). If that is the case then 31/40 (70th percentile) is a failing score in their WG
No worries at all - thank you for sharing your results! My strengths are motivation + resilience; my weakness is leadership preference. I feel like trying to work out the significance of these results is a bit like reading tea leaves - hopefully GR will put us out of our misery soon with some positive news 😊I have no clue sorry! However, I can provide insight into my results?
Last year my Capp results were:
Strengths - working with others & commercial thinking
Weakness - critical thinking
This year Capp results were:
Strengths - working with others & Excellence
Weakness - resource and working management
I’m not sure which strength combo is better tbh
I’m speculating but I’ve heard before that they want a 65 average and a 2.1 (or better) in every module across all years. I haven’t got that so they could just be autorejecting me on that basis. Probably not thoughHmm, I got 29/40 (33 percentile) but I know someone that got 28/40 (55 percentile).
It may be the Capp test that we’ve passed or a combination!
Firstly - a big well done for passing! You should definitely feel very proud of yourself. 🐐Clifford Chance Watson Glaser pass mark? I didn’t get their AC though. Want to feel better about passing. I’d never passed one before now. I know HL uses WG too. In fact, most firms seem to.

i hope not because then i'm done for. i've got to the 77% thing but i'm not sure if it means anything.I’m speculating but I’ve heard before that they want a 65 average and a 2.1 (or better) in every module across all years. It might just be the Christmas lights but your message actually brought a tear to my eye. Thank you for being so lovely - it really means a lot 😊❤️Definitely speculation. I did not get 65 average in every module 😭 They may reject me once they review my application though. It’s most definitely the tests that automatically reject!
Your results are good leadership isn’t needed at such a junior stage so I don’t think that’s a negative being a weakness. I will say they have already given some AC’s out last week but I’m unsure of which scheme it’s for.
Wishing you good news soon x
