Oh wow, that’s quite a speedy turnaround. Keeping my fingers crossed! Did you get much choice for interview slots? Hopefully not getting ahead of myself but I have a 2 week holiday coming up very soon so hoping there’s some flexibility or option to do it remotely

I think most ppl who got AC invite on this forum applied really early, around late Oct or Nov? I applied around new year and haven't heard back yet.

I applied early November… I think I’ll just assume it’s a no ahaha

got high verbal reasoning 9/9 and 7/9 on two sections but only got 4/9 and 3/9 on the other two.

Yes. These kind of issues is why they add those type of opportunities at the end.

I don’t know but can I jump on your question and ask if anyone knows what the Ropes & Gray test is?

Hey guys, anyone who did the Mills and Reeve online assessment, what were your feedback results I.e how many good traits to weak ones did you get?

I got an AC invite today and was curious.

Good applied verbal, mid applied numerical, getting things done = bad, collaboration = good, growth mindset = good, resilience = bad, client focus = good, commercial mindsnet = bad, problem solving = good. I was rejected

They offered a choice between two days, a monday or Tuesday. Not sure about the remote aspect, could well depend on the office and their availability. I applied for Chelmsford, a smaller office, so it could vary! As they call you rather than email you would be able to explain your situation and i’m sure they could accommodate.

Yep, it was my first choice. Not sure if they account for the 2nd and 3rd choice at this stage, not sure how it works tbf.

Psychometric test is sent after you secure the AC.

The test is administered by Thrive.

There are 5 components- one personality SJT style test, and four ability tests assessing fluid thinking, verbal reasoning, checking and logical thinking.

The test results influence the questions they ask in the competency portion of the interview. They ask questions based on the development areas identified at the testing phase.
