Congrats, I just got one for DTC. Can I ask how you interpret the deadline for the VI? Is it 72 hours from the time they sent the email? Am I being dense?

I'm going to play it safe and assume that the timer starts from the time they sent the email.

Freshfields have now changed their name to just Freshfields rather than Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and so it is fine to use this.
