Hi @Amma Usman @Jessica Booker ,
Would this section also include positions of responsibility and if it doesn't is it fine if I only add my non academic interests as I can't think of anything else.

Please use this section to tell us anything else that you feel would support your application. Examples can include, but are not limited to, key achievements, successes, non academic interests, your skills etc.

Yes - you can include positions of responsibility within this question unless there is a separate question/section asking specifically for this evidence.

For anybody who has applied to Addleshaw, please do reply letting me know how you have navigated the education section of the application form. Are people pressing 'Add New Qualification' and adding each module grade or just making one entry for their whole degree result. Feel free to PM as well. Thank youu

Sorry to be annoying but just bumping in case anyone can help :)

I am unsure how specific to go when answering this question for OC - when discussing option 1, should I talk about specific trends in different countries / would I be expected to propose what team should be added to which office? or speak in a more abstract way highlighting the likely factors and consequences (on the assumption that the team hire in what ever office it is is one where there is a definite concrete need)?:

Imagine that you are a member of the Osborne Clarke internal employee forum. You have been asked to provide feedback on a confidential proposal which would result in significant investment into one of two areas:
Option 1 - A team hire into one of Osborne Clarke's smaller international offices which would allow that location to offer new legal expertise in their jurisdiction; or
Option 2 - A team hire into OC Solutions which would expand the teams' ability to innovate client service delivery.

The investment into both of these options would be equal, and it is not possible to split the investment between the two options. Which one would you choose? Please use the following space to outline your rationale. Within your submission you should outline the key factors that you have considered in making your decision, the reasons why you have chosen this option, and any potential impacts to the firm.

@Jessica Booker @Amma Usman and anyone else with insight on this please respond - I'm just not sure how to attack this question. TIA!

Hi everyone, just completed the VI for Latham it gave you 3 minutes to answer the question, however I only used about 2 minutes to answer is that a bad sign? I think 3 minuets is quite long haha or did I have bad answer maybe
No, I dont think so! I really appreciated having that 2 minutes to think actually. I answered within 2min and a half, and thought I covered what was being asked quite comprehensively

This might sound like a really silly question, but if I was asked about a firm that i had never heard of in my life and didn't know anything about, what would be the best response? Would asking for more info from the interview be an absolute no-no or is it just best to admit defeat and say "I don't know that firm"?

Hi @AI212121 . In such cases, you are right in suggesting that honesty is the best policy. Law firms don’t expect you to know everything. At the end of the day, TCs are development programmes. This rule applies to anything you genuinely do not know in an interview. A professional response would be to say you are not sure about this and would like more information from the interviewer, in order to be able to get more context and then subsequently formulate an answer based off this new-found knowledge.

Does anyone have insight into whether Pinset Masons prefer bullet points or prose for their work experience section? Also any insights on their online assessment? Thank you

Hi @lolasparks , I am unsure about PM, but I know most legal recruiters often recommend prose over bullet points. You could also adopt a hybrid approach: bullet points + prose, in my opinion. I frequently adopted the latter and got past many application stages.
