Paul, Weiss invitation to online assessment at 16:35. Submitted written app 20 minutes before the deadline (lmao)

Does anyone else get anxiety doing SJT's when they aren't technically the "next" stage? In theory, my written app could've been horrendous, and I'd be doing the SJT for nothing 🤣 I suppose it can't be helped. I just need to put my game face on for 60 minutes and go about my day again
For Paul, Weiss, it actually is the second stage. Paul had mentioned it during an application workshop. 🥲

Not everyone will recieve the online SJT as it is based on a spelling and grammar review of each application.

After the test stage, I think applications get reviewed again but this time more in depth. 🙂

It’s not really the next stage then lol everyone getting it
It might be because loads of people applied.

In the application workshop, Paul mentioned that they were anticipating 2-3,000 applications. 🥲🥲

It could be 50% of applicants get the test. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Hi Jess and everyone, do you know if it reflects poorly on me as a candidate if I revoke my application to a firm? I recently received a vac scheme offer from one of my top choice firms and have since been invited to complete an assessment for a vac scheme with another. I won't have the time to do both schemes but I am just wondering if this is fine for me to do? @Jessica Booker
Yes - you can do this, many thousands of applications are either withdrawn or not progressed from a candidate's perspective each year.
