Thought I’d share this again seeing as everyone is super impatient for the CC Video interview invite. (They receive over 4k applications)
Thank you so much for this! It's very, very helpful to bear in mind.

May I ask if you learned anything about the actual format of the VI? I understand it's one of those 'record yourself' ones (as opposed to in-person) but I'm not clear on anything else. I'm not sure about if you have to film the video in one take and if we're given preparation time before seeing the question. If you have any insight into the format of the VI, especially the aforementioned things, I would really appreciate if you could share :)

I wouldn’t get ahead of myself assuming I’d get a video interview. Just wait until you get an outcome and if successful follow the instructions. You don’t need anymore tips beyond what the firm gives you.

I submitted my Latham app a while back and did not receive an email about the SJT. I logged onto all hires today and see there is an assignment to do (the SJT). I'm not sure if the 72 hour rule applies or not, would this affect my app?
Did you receive the confirmation email that you submitted the app? The SJT test is referenced there.

This happened to me last year too - I think you have to complete it within 3 days otherwise they withdraw your application.
would I be able to tell if they withdrew my app? the SJT is still there and I am planning on doing it even thoughts very much been over the 3 days (I applied months ago lol). my app still says pending under it on all hires

Mine is the same! I never got notified of the SJT, gonna do it today and hope that my app is still valid. Maybe be like OC where you just have to do the assessment before the application window closes
