    Rejected pre-interview. I thought my SJT was strong - top brackets for applied verbal & numerical intellect + all "key skills" were areas in which I "excelled" execpt one showed a "good level".
    I did apply unsuccessfully for the vac scheme last year (rejected post-app) and I'm wondering if they used this to filter out candidates
    Those results just go to show how competitive of a candidate you are. Keep your head up - there are firms pining for candidates with your qualities, skills, and qualifications!
    They lost out big time!

    Does anyone have any resources for the Watson Glaser that they feel really made a difference?

    Hey @user9809. When I was applying to firms that required the WG, I made use of the TCLA WG Crash Course. I had personally struggled with understanding the nuances of the test, but the course really helped! There are also a few practice tests on Assessment Day and Job Test Prep which helped me as well. Furthermore, some firms such as Clifford Chance offer practice tests on their graduate recruitment website.
