When did you do your test?Akin PFO post-test. Really demoralising blow this one since it was a firm high on my list.
Hey Guest, do you have a question for graduate recruitment? Gemma Baker from Willkie is live to answer your questions!

Same, I'm guessing I don't suit their working style from the SJT questions, as I usually do reasonably well on WG tests.Akin PFO post-test. Really demoralising blow this one since it was a firm high on my list.
I hate slider questions - in the majority of the cases, answer would be more dependent on the contextJust had a look through my feedback report from Akin and it states that one of my weak points is collaborating.
When you lot are answering SJT questions of a sliding scale and it says would you work best working alone or collaborating, what do you put.
I put the slider directly in the middle, as I see pro's and con's to both, and realistically, no one will ever be collaborating and working as part of a team for the full working week.
Interested to hear how others would approach a sliding scale in answer to this question!
I haven’t received my outcome but I agree it’s very confusing. I got collaborating as my weakness too, but for strength I got inclusion, which is essentially saying I’m good at engaging with others, gather diverse views, and promoting openness. I mean, isn’t that a key part of collaborating with others as well? 😂🤷🏻♂️Just had a look through my feedback report from Akin and it states that one of my weak points is collaborating.

Agreed, I always end up second-guessing what I have put in SJT questions, as barely any context is ever given.I haven’t received my outcome but I agree it’s very confusing. Thanks! Also may I ask when did you go the online test?Agreed, I always end up second-guessing what I have put in SJT questions, as barely any context is ever given.
& yes, leadership was one of my strengths, and surely, like inclusion, leadership requires the ability to collaborate... Oh well!
Sometimes these processes seem arbitrary.
Good luck both, I'm sure you'll hear back with good news, as they've sent today's batch of PFOs already
'Twas the night before Christmas eve 🎅Thanks! Also may I ask when did you go the online test?
actually nvm i just got the link a minute ago 😅i sent in my HL app on the 25th and have yet to receive a link to the watson glaser. is anyone else waiting or should i email them just in case?
They wrote on the bottom of their test invite email (back in November for me), that they would announce AC invitations in January. So you probs did ok, they're most likely waiting on everyone's test results, which seems to be in batches. i wouldn't give up hope just yet! It's an amended Watson Glaser test, it does explain itself in the instructions.
I would offer advice, however, I haven't heard back since I took it over a month ago, so my advice probably wouldn't be the best to take heed of... lol
It is timed. I found it a little time pressured as I personally found it a bit trickier than the WG but that could just be me! Good luck!Is the Taylor Wessing test timed or untimed?
