If it helps, I was unsuccessful after the interview last year. I went away and worked on the little things that held me back to make myself a stronger candidate this year. It might not seem like it but trust me when I say that I grafted for these offers. 😅- Andrew M

The Watson Glaser thing is standard - I've had other VS offers say the same thing. I think they retest every now and then just to make sure that people didn't cheat? Not sure how often they actually do retest though!- Andrew M

Contact the firms and find out if they can be flexible. I rejected one of my offers because the date they gave for the office I applied to clashed with another scheme I had already accepted.
