If it helps, I was unsuccessful after the interview last year. I went away and worked on the little things that held me back to make myself a stronger candidate this year. It might not seem like it but trust me when I say that I grafted for these offers. 😅
The Watson Glaser thing is standard - I've had other VS offers say the same thing. I think they retest every now and then just to make sure that people didn't cheat? Not sure how often they actually do retest though!
Just had a quick look and this is what they say on the "Level 7 Graduate Legal Apprenticeship" page:
"Applicants also need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of and a commitment to the BBC and an understanding of the many areas of law, both editorial and commercial, that we deal with on an...
I don't have experience with W&C but have done quite a few group exercise this year. They tend to give you a task along with a scenario and/or a document with a load of facts and figures. You get some time to look through them independently. Then you're given a period of time to discuss within...
Is this for Pinsent Masons, by any chance? I hated that question - it's especially tough at the moment, given that most of us haven't really gotten to do much of anything in the past year due to Covid. I used being the ULaw campus representative & being recognised with two awards as my example...

Contact the firms and find out if they can be flexible. I rejected one of my offers because the date they gave for the office I applied to clashed with another scheme I had already accepted. They called me and asked me if I'd be interested in doing another date. So I would definitely recommend...
By question 3, do you mean 'what are our USPs'? In my answer, I predominately talked about the firm's approach to service delivery and how this benefits AG's clients. So it might be a good idea for you to do some research on what kind of services AG offers and how this compares to what its...
