We have the same weakness.My strengths were excellence and working with others. Out of all of them I don’t think our weakness is as bad. We could’ve got intellect!
I just completed the WG assessment, who did you email to get your WG results from? Also, is your application still on hold? (I applied for the Summer Vac Scheme).
My strengths were resilience and excellence, weakness leadership preference (having hated being a manager I wasn’t too surprised by that lol!)
I had working with others & excellence as my top and my lowest was respect :'(

It’s better than the AOS feedback report which essentially said the exact same thing of ‘you showed some good …./you showed potential in…. BUT’ for basically every category 😭
tbf I wouldn’t really worry, you could make a case for every single attribute being the most and least important, they all sound bad when put as the lowest and seem like the most important.
Yea, you're exactly right! I've read a few on here which have had excellence as their lowest and thought if I had that result I would have been concerned about that too lol.
