Hi guys!

I'm just looking to double check something. I've been invited to Kennedys AC. They state that they have a strengths-based interview. Does that mean there will be NO motivational/commercial questions or that it will be mostly strengths-based but still have "why Kennedys", "why you" etc.

Could anyone that has completed the Kennedys AC in the past please reach out to me I have so many questions 😭 their AC seems so confusing

Mine is on the Friday so I think it's a wide range

Did mine on the 28th and still haven’t heard form the forum I know that at least 2 people got offers so I honestly don’t know what’s going on 😂

But if I don’t get a call and see just an email I’ll know It’s over 😂

I believe it’s 5 AC’s and the last one is next week Tuesday from what they have presently scheduled.

My application was for all Spring failing that Summer VS.

They said "
If you have applied for a vacation scheme, we will be in touch in early February.

"

Sent 3 January
Proofreading task sent 30 January to be completed by 5 February. Completed 3 February.

If you check in allhires then it will show any emails sent by them.

I would suggest:
1) if you haven't heard from them then probably it's a no, but maybe summer VS they will hold some in reserve?
2) the proofreading task seems to be pass/fail - anyone who passed is going to the AC

Thanks so much for your detailed response, it was so so helpful!! Checked my allhires and got nothing so I’m going to assume PFO for their vac scheme, but fingers crossed for their TC!
