Is anyone waiting on a response from Cleary after completing their WG test? I completed it on the 15th and haven't heard back since... also didn't receive any confirmation email which is slightly worrying. I may email grad rec in a week or two

These experiences should be in your work experience section anyway, and you typically include the employers name there anyway, so there is no issue with referencing other work experience/internships and being specific with the firm’s name. If anything being vague about it can cause more questions than not.

very random but is it good to email after an ac and what does one say?

I would try hold out- it took me 6 weeks to hear post AC and I got the VS both this cycle and two years ago
