For the VS, they have a few resources and tips on their website... They say this in their application process section:

"Interviews for the vacation schemes take place online virtually. The interview consists of a 50 minute interview with HR and a partner.

Candidates must do well in the interview to be offered a placement.

Candidates who speak a foreign language fluently may be asked to demonstrate this skill at interview."

Honestly, seems really nice and authentic, unlike recorded interviews... Should be easier and more confortable to speak to someone on the other side, ngl...

sometime in early December. Deadline was 5th January and it was rolling but i think they sent all the test invites today as the deadline to take them is friday
