Got Cooley WG last night and W&C VI this morning!

If you don’t mind me asking, when did you send your application to W&C and was it for Spring or Summer?

I’m becoming anxious with all these applications that I’m waiting a response for. I’m still waiting on answers for Links spring VS, Latham summer VS, OC VS, Hogan Lovells VS, and these are all applications that I have done assessments for (WGT and SJT) in dec 2024. Should I take it as PFO’s considering people have been offered places and AC’s.

I think the majority of us haven’t yet heard back from HL for SVS. From what I have seen on this forum, HL have only held around 3 AC’s (with 6 people per AC) and they offered 2 SVS places. 🙂

They will have a lot more AC’s over the next few weeks and potentially into March. 🥲

So I wouldn’t assume PFO just yet. We won’t know until we get the email. Best of luck with your applications!!

I am in the same boat and the anxiety is real! I keep comparing myself to other candidates in the forum because I've not heard from any firm since I've completed the applications. E.g Gibson Dunn, I sent this in September and still nothing and I'm feeling frustrated and annoyed because I would also like to feel that I am on the right track with my progress and I am getting the opportunity for an interview. This is my 3rd cycle now and I'm just like ughhhh pls give me an interview. Anyway, you're not alone, perhaps we're all in a similar boat!

Weil said 2 weeks but nothing yet. I saw a summer VS for Linklaters today, was that the fast track individuals.

I've had separate rooms for tasks. You can also get extra time. These are generally the adjustments made. They can probably offer other things. I've tried to get Watson Glaser adjustments. However, it's had no real impact.

I have had adjustments for VI’s where I did a telephone interview instead. I was given extra time to prepare and answer each question. 🙂

I spoke with the graduate recruitment team members at HSF and HL about ADHD related adjustments at a law fair and they mentioned they give you breaks between each assessment at an AC. 🙂

There are probably other adjustments you can request as long as they are reasonable.

I applied on the 5th Jan and still haven’t heard anything. I applied for both Spring and Summer because I’m just too indecisive. 🥲🥲
