Morning Jessica,

Re. Freshfields app, they said at an open day that they don't require GCSE's but on the vantage page you cannot submit without at least entering three GCSEs. Slightly confused as to what to do, should I just enter them all?

You should enter them - I suspect they just mean that they don’t really consider them. It’s probably just a standard default on Vantage that they can’t turn off.

Hi @Jessica Booker should all the skills mentioned here be ticked off in the personal statement or can we use the work ex section as well?

They can be evidenced in the work experience section instead but the personal statement often lacks evidence of the qualities like resilience and time management which are often not as easy to demonstrate in work experience alone.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fill out the work experience sections of these application forms. Im worried that the way Im answering them is having an impact on my success.

Is it recommended to do bullet points, mention the firm, body of text... Any insight learned on open days/ discussions with any firms would be really appreciated

what I did was make a document of what the test entailed, I asked associates their experiences and what day to day life is like and problems they face and how they handle them also

I had my first-stage interview with GR at Gibson Dunn at 9:30 a.m. and literally 10 minutes ago, I got invited to a second-stage interview!!! I was so worried I wouldn't perform well because I went into this one completely blind.
