Goodwin VI invite!! very surprised bc grad rec made no mention of it during the online open day. Would appreciate any advice regarding VIs in general bc i’m terrible at them.
How long did people wait to get their feedback report from the Macfarlanes test?
I did yea, when is your deadline? I imagine we all have the same.Same! Got 3 emails. Did u?
From an open day with HL they use your app and WG to make a decision so I’d expect a bit of a delay whilst everyone’s completing WG 👍🏻I applied to Hogan Lovells just abit under two weeks ago and did my WGT over a week ago but haven’t yet heard anything as to whether it’s a PFO or AC.
To be fair though today is the deadline day so maybe they are going to start sending out the AC decisions over the next few weeks (since most people will have applied closer to the deadline).
I only got 2 emailsI did yea, when is your deadline? I imagine we all have the same.
That's fine, don't worry about it. When is your deadline?I only got 2 emails
I applied a day before the deadline.Did anyone who got the Goodwin VI apply close to the deadline?
Thanks for this! Yet to see my weaknesses and strengths but from my perspective, your report sounds quite promising!I did my test on Wednesday and just got my feedback report now so around 48 hours or so in terms of waiting for feedback.
My strengths were adaptability, credibility and explainer.
My only weakness in the report was learning agility.
few hours before the deadlineDid anyone who got the Goodwin VI apply close to the deadline?
No problem and likewise! I am applying for Spring and completed the test today. Still overthinking my answers from the test as I always do but hopefully it is positive for both of usThank you so much. Best of luck with your application to Macfarlanes and hopefully we will both get invited to the AC!
Are you applying for the Spring or Summer VS?
I am applying for Summer.
Same but I didn't get a VI invite so guess its a PFOfew hours before the deadline

As a British English person, ‘drafting’ is the correct way to spell it in almost all circumstances. Never heard anybody use or say the word ‘draughting’ in modern day context, so really be careful with that one! Hope this helpsDo people use "drafting" or "draughting" in their answers? I know "draughting" is the correct British English spelling but it just looks so weird, and I don't know if it's actually that common practice?
