is BB sending out invites in batches or all at once?
it will probably be in batches i'm guessing!! i emailed the early careers team and they were very quick with a response and to put in my adjustments lmaoo so i'm guessing they are doing a lot of invites throughout today and are on the email response grind -- i just received the link to the assessment as i'm writing this, they are probably just dealing with it on a person by person basis rather than sending out mass automated invites and assessments

Ah sorry i didn't mean to make anyone nervous, I might have been an early reply -- maybe because i talked about reasonable adjustments in my app and they might invite quicker where people need to liaise over email about adjustments before being able to do the assessment ?? But idk !!

They will for sure get back to all of yous with the assessments some time today 🙏🙏It's also only 2pm, they probably only just started sending out the invites after lunch tbh, and who knows what their system is

hi guys, i was just wondering what i should do here.
i have applied for, i guess, informal work experience at a firm (just sending a cover letter, cv and preferred location). i sent the email 2 weeks ago on thursday and the auto email was that they would aim to get back within 48 hours. i understand that its quite busy in terms of application season so i was wondering when an appropriate time is to follow up and send another email?

As it wasn't a formal application process I would actually call them rather than send another email and say I was just wondering whether you've received it, had a chance to consider me etc. I got a insight week doing just that. It is easy for an email to be forgotten amongst other things and just speaking in person prompted them to open it, discuss what I was after and what they could offer and secure a date there and then.

Was this an unprompted cold email/call for work experience or did you discuss this beforehand with someone at the firm?
