I've been put on the reserve list for birmingham too!Shoosmiths Manchester TC reserve list for AC... mixed feelings
Has anyone been put on the reserve list before? Just wonder how short the notice could be
Me, hopefully we hear back soonIs anyone still waiting to hear from SH btw?
Me too but when I heard that someone got an offer for july vs I kind of lost hopeMe, hopefully we hear back soon
I didn't have any coffee chats during my VS which I converted. Only spoke with others outside my team during the intentional set-up networking sessionsCan anyone advise on whether having coffee chats during a VS is essential?
I don’t want it to come across forced & feel as though I’d only really be able to build a relationship after 2/3 days so it would be towards the end of the scheme anyway…
I find that natural talking opps tend to present themselves during the workday organically, so I don’t want to stress over slotting in coffee chats unless it’s absolutely essential??
as likely has getting struck by lightening.I've been put on the reserve list for birmingham too!
Does anyone know how it works? How many people are usually on it and what are the chances of getting a place?
I was on the reserve list last year and I actually ended up getting a place on the assessment centre. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend but there is a chance that you can get inas likely has getting struck by lightening.
Yeppp still waiting lolIs anyone still waiting to hear from SH btw?
For sure about the 65%, I have already secured 1:1s in two modules so I am hoping I finish 2nd year with a 1st overall. Thank you!US firms tend to enforce the academic rules more strictly than others but as an ABB is still quite good you could probably get by if you do well in University and write out your mitigating factors correctly.
65% is fine but some US firms like to see those 70s.
Good luck!
