Hey Guest, do you have a question for graduate recruitment? Gemma Baker from Willkie is live to answer your questions!
No but doubt they will send it to me but worth a shot applying we will see if I win or lose in this 1is Weil's VI automatic?
Exit interviews tend to be for the firm not for the recruitment process. An exit interview typically means you are giving feedback on your experience so they can try to improve future schemes. They will be different to TC conversion interviews.Slightly off-topic, does anyone know when firms usually have their exit interview? I imagine it is on the last day of the vac scheme, but it would be nice to know =)
I think it does not matter at allHi guys, I am about to submit my application to Clifford Chance, but working full-time I did not have time to complete their forage internship. How much this will penalise me? I literally have only the weekends to work on my applications.
Love this!!! Good luck with the W&C AC!!!Holding myself accountable (again). TLDR: 28 apps, five PFO's

Thank you. Good luck for your Vac Scheme.Love this!!! Good luck with the W&C AC!!!
I can’t imagine a firm using the forage internship as a tool for pipelining (unless they specifically say they would do so) - I would think the only advantage that completing forage gives people is a wider insight into the firm - which can be used to display and highlight your motivation for the form a lot better in the applications. Something you could easily do through other means as well.Hi guys, I am about to submit my application to Clifford Chance, but working full-time I did not have time to complete their forage internship. I don’t think it’s detrimental, especially if you have engaged with the firm in other ways (eg attended a webinar/virtual event with them).Hi guys, I am about to submit my application to Clifford Chance, but working full-time I did not have time to complete their forage internship. I did and thank you @Jessica BookerI don’t think it’s detrimental, especially if you have engaged with the firm in other ways (eg attended a webinar/virtual event with them).
Thank you for such informative responseI can’t imagine a firm using the forage internship as a tool for pipelining (unless they specifically say they would do so) - I would think the only advantage that completing forage gives people is a wider insight into the firm - which can be used to display and highlight your motivation for the form a lot better in the applications. As for those checklist questions on an application form, such as where have you heard about us? Did you complete our forage? Which events have been influential? I could be wrong but I have always considered these as a ROI tool - for the firm to see whether they are seeing a return on investing in these things. For example, a stall at the Legal Cheek law fair could cost £2,000 - so they would want to see if candidates are actually coming from there - so that for the next recruitment cycle they can decide if they wish to do spend money on those things again.
I could be wrong, but I wouldn’t worry too much.
To confirm about CMS, you can only do a direct TC right, and doing the CMS Academy just forms part of your training contract?I went to an event of theirs and grad rec said it is non-rolling.
