Like the Links one if you have ever done it.Is Latham’s work simulation like an SJT? Or similar to the job simulation exercise of Mayer Brown? Just wondering if it will involve any recorded elements, etc.

Thank you for this so and is it competency-based.Like the Links one if you have ever done it.
Wouldn't worry about it. CMS, as well as other firms, do this. It is so they ensure that they have done everything in their power to make you aware of the interview (at least that is what I think). Also, as has been confirmed earlier in this forum thread (someone on here sent an email to CMS grad red and they confirmed), the deadline is 23:59 on the day. Therefore 23:59 03/01/2022 in your case. Best of luck with your VI! Great advice posts from @AvniD and @George Maxwell earlier in this forum thread (I advice you check them out!).Hey has anyone who hasnt yet done the CMS VI been getting reminder emails to do it? I got one this morning saying its my last chance to complete it, getting a bit worried that the deadline is tonight as opposed to tomorrow at midnight. I was hoping to complete it tomorrow morning with a clear head
If you really like the firm, then yes.Is it worth applying to firms on the day of the deadline?
I would take the "should" as non-ambiguous. To me, that is pretty definite. For morrison Forester it says: "If you are currently a law student, you should apply in the penultimate year of your degree. Non-law students should apply in the final year of your degree."
Does this mean as a final year law student I can't apply? The "should" is ambiguous
Hi can I ask how long after completing your WG you received your VI invite? And how long are you given to complete it?Anyone done the Baker McKenzie VI yet? How did it go? I’m suddenly terrified of hitting start.
I think I heard back in just over a week. We had 7 days to complete the interviewHi can I ask how long after completing your WG you received your VI invite? And how long are you given to complete it?

Provide any additional information you would like them to consider alongside your application. How should I answer 'Is there any additional information you would like to disclose for us to consider alongside your application?' on an application form?
Personally, this is one of my favourite questions on an application form and luckily its one of those that you can use the same answer for multiple applications (provided you answer the question directly as obviously they differ from firm to firm). They are a really good opportunity to add any info you think helps you stand out that has not naturally followed from the questions on the rest of the application. How should I answer 'Is there any additional information you would like to disclose for us to consider alongside your application?' on an application form?
A mix of competency/strength-based and motivational questions + commercial awareness (e.g. news story, recent deal). We talked for 30-35 minutes, they were super nice and the conversation went smoothly. Overall, a very positive experience!I have the Dentons telephone interview tomorrow, would anyone be kind enough to shed some light on it?
I am SO guilty of this so don't worry, you're not alone. I really dont have specific advice as I'm in the same position, but I have said to myself that once I have submitted the application I am currently working on, I am going to take a break and focus on other things (ie my masters!) for a few weeks and come back to them mid-jan.Hope everyone has enjoyed the holidays! For those of you who have already submitted applications, what are some of your tips for not constantly refreshing your email/worrying/stressing over nothing?
I'm trying to just focus on my next applications and wait patiently but it's proving extremely difficult 😅
