    How old is too old for Vacation Scheme Applications?

    I am 25 (nearly 26) and I just got a vacation scheme offer! I've only ever applied to VS but I do think some firms are more student "friendly", however, as long as you're able to take time off work etc I really don't think there is an age issue for obtaining a VS. So please don't let that idea...

    They were a senior associate (from my memory!). I don't think its common to have a case study with GR but I may be wrong!

    I did it two years ago, so my advice may be a little off but it was 30mins to prepare with around 5 documents (think balance sheet, background, and a few other things ) and a 30 min interview with a senior associate where you do a 10 min presentation of all the facts/issues facing your client...

    This is from their website "If we like your application form, we will then ask you to complete our online test." It states that the process is the same for TCs and VSs? It took them several weeks to send me the tests so maybe it isn't automated but as far as I was aware everyone got the tests!?!
