Gateley VI finally some good news! My first VI so any tips/advice please send it my way!!

I just did Gateley.

It was a little weird because there was a "starter" question, which they said would be reviewed but not marked!?

There were then two further questions were 3 minutes prep, 2 minutes to answer, one a "commercial awareness" and one a personality. Nothing Gateley-specific, although you could potentially link it to them.

Yeah, yesterday! I wouldn't worry too much cause they seem to be doing things in batches? Maybe hold out some hope as some are receiving rejections, and if you haven't, I'd take it as a good sign!! Best of luck X

Anyone have advice for a final stage interview. I heard that the interview also includes a case study type scenario which is communicated verbally by interviewers. I’m feeling anxious about this and just generally the interview considering this is such a competitive firm 😭

I can only see it as an attempt to warm up candidates. By asking an easy question but saying "this will be reviewed", people will put effort in, and by the time the real question comes they may be more focused and less nervous than if you told them "this is junk, nobody will watch it".

Thank you . Yeah I'm hoping on it being given out in batches as that's what they have done so far. I think it's just because everything up to the TI has been so fast its been a bit stressful seeing everyone get AC offers and be left with silence. But truly wish you best of luck with the AC, I'm sure you'll smash it!!

I know honestly they did it so quick it felt impossible to keep up. Thank you so so much genuinely, I really do pray the start sending more out cause honestly I know like max 4 people who have got it. Don't lose any hope

Hi, received the interview invite on the 3rd of Feb, I applied very late tbh close to the deadline. I don't think theres any reason to be worried yet!

that Willkie WE was... interesting. But just want to remind people that it isn't just the substance of your submission that is assessed. It's also testing how well you communicate! Having spoken to VS candidates last year, they've ALL stressed that point. So all is not lost guys, praying for the best💯

Was there any word count indication on that platform? I could not see my word count but I most probably went over 500 words (which was the number we should've aimed for)!!!

I ended up with around 700 words. Hopefully I don't get marked down for it!
