Register HereThanks so much! Yeah, I will drop them an email, no harm in checking I guessHey! I had my interview with them for Spring VS 2 weeks ago, and they had said they still had another 2 weeks of interviews. (which makes me think this is the final week of interviews for Spring VS). In full honesty, at this point it's not looking super likely unfortunately, unless they do a final round of interviews if they don't have enough numbers for the scheme. They might send offers and rejections at the same time (hopefully next week) after all the interviews are over.
I will say I've applied to them in the past and their PFO came quite a bit later than I would've liked/ was needed imo, so in light of your situation I don't think it would be an issue to email tbh.
That's what I'm thinkingshould we assume goodwin pfo if no invitation for interview by now?![]()

Hi BothPlease could I get your opinion on this. I have applied for Withers VS (scheme week starts 17th March). I haven't heard back yet regarding the virtual video interview after the online test. I work full-time so I would need to know whether to take time off or not at least 4 weeks before. If I still haven't heard back by Friday, should I just drop them an email requesting an update? I want to send off an email today but I don't know if it's annoying for them lol
Withers finishing up Spring recruitment this week would fit as they’ve started offering interviews for Summer. I heard back last week with dates from Mid-Feb offered.Hey! I did my W&C VI on Monday and haven’t heard back yet but it’s only been 2 days. I have seen a fair amount of people on the forum who have done AC’s but they sent their application much earlier. I applied 5th of Jan.Hey everyone! Did anyone hear back from any of the following:
- Jones Day application form
- Milbank application form
_ White & Case Video Assesment
- Ropes & Gray
- Gibson
To be honest, it is so extremely annoying to not hear back for so long, because everyday I am looking forward to hearing back and it is just not coming. I am very happy to have found this community... good to know I am not the only one in this situation.
I heard back with ac invite almost a month after so i wouldnt stress too muchHow long does it take to hear back from W&C post VI? I did mine almost a week ago, assuming pfo?
Hey, do you have any idea about when they'll stop offering interviews? Waiting post-test for withers summer VS and would love to know as they're one of my top choicesWithers finishing up Spring recruitment this week would fit as they’ve started offering interviews for Summer. I would say they probably won't rescind but also probably have a budget which they are prepared to pay so it will be down to you to take it or leave it. But if you don't ask you don't get so ask and see what happens.@Jessica Booker I wondered if you would be able to assist with a query I have. How likely are firms to rescind an offer if you try and negotiate a salary? I have been offered a paralegal job somewhere where I really want to work (I have almost 3 years of experience as a paralegal) but it is a substantial pay cut to my current role. They told me at my first interview that I was the most qualified candidate who applied for the position, and it was advertised as a paralegal position for a recent graduate. It is in a niche sector I am really interested in so I chose to apply. Are they likely to rescind the offer and go with someone else if I ask if they can meet my current salary? Thank you in advance
