You mention this is for a pre-employment check - you’ll need to flag this discrepancy to the people doing the reference checks and they may flag it to the recruitment team who will make a decision on whether it is an issue or not. The multiple discrepancies could make this an issue.Is there a way you would recommend best explaining this to the firm, and how serious of an issue do you expect it to be ? Thanks
