I think the more difficult part is progressing to the AC in the very next cycle as they expect you to amend your application which contains the same exact questions.

Am sorry to hear about that ask for feedback if they give it so you can learn for future AC. But reaching an AC at W&C is an achievement so don't beat yourself up about it.

Also how have I not heard from them post VI wow and did my VI like 2 months ago.

It took them a month to reject me post AC for WVS, idk why but just speaking to other people they seem to be absolutely terrible in terms of getting back to you.

I know they are bad at getting back to people as know people wait 2 months post VI and post AC but it is winter VS so they have to be recruiting people before the VS start date ygm.

Yes, it’s very useful. I normally just spam about 3/4 tests and then focus on my lowest scoring area for eg inferences as there is isolated sections aswell as full tests. I have successfully passed the WG as a result.

First of all, I'm sorry to hear that. I echo what @B2025 said about merely being invited to AC being a huge accomplishment. I also agree with your frustration about them getting back to people in a timely manner. Hang in there.

So I was accepted onto Linklaters OD but they didn’t receive my 3(!) emails confirming details - and now have rejected me as they’re full! I’ve sent them proof I responded but they say they have no spaces left so can’t do anything which is disappointing. Pretty annoyed rn..!

Linklaters got in touch today to offer me a spot on next week’s OD as they’d made space - can’t make it unfortunately but nice of them to try 👌🏻

Hey @Apple. If it hasn’t been stated in the initial email invite, feel free to shoot grad rec an email asking for this. Where there is a delay on their end in responding, I recommend completing it as soon as possible, as I know some firms set a limit of anything from 2-7 days.

My strengths were growth mindset, active collaborator and pride, area of development was being too realistic?? 🤣 Got PFOd the next day, but in hindsight my application wasn’t that good so if you have the same feedback don’t worry lol

Hi there @TheInevitableTCholder2024/25. Most firms have a 4-seat training structure but Burges Salmon’s TC’s include a six seat rotation.
