For those that have had their PW interview already, did anyone manage to ask when we would hear back (either acceptance/PFO)? I did ask, but the answer was so vague ('as soon as')... wondering if anyone else had better luck lol.

Do you know if that is interviews for both schemes? Quite annoying if that is the case as loads of people have had no reply post testYeah I had my interview last week and when I asked them, they said they were aiming to finish interviews by this Friday, with VS offers or post interview PFO’s to be sent around then onwards. I guess we will all find out this week or next week. They might prioritise those that applied for Spring VS, which starts in 4 weeks.
Nope, not yet unfortunately.Did the grad rec reply to you?

this is what ropes said to me:Is anyone else still waiting on Ropes and/or PW?
From what I've learnt from VIs I would suggest just focusing on 2 as two minutes is not that long and linking it back to your own experience. For example talking about teamwork and saying when you worked in a team and then talking about commercial awareness and your own experience. I've personally steered away from STAR in VIs and instead used it in the final interviews where you get given more time to speak in-depth about your experiences. In VIs you want to give answers that just go straight to the point of the question. For a 2 min VI question of what skills a lawyer needs, what is the best structure to go with? Should it be name 2-3 attributes/skills, link to the role of a lawyer and then link to my own experience? Should the final part be STAR structure?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
