Even I applied a day before the deadline. They sent this mail on Dec 2 - that they will get back on 16th

Hi @User5678 - it is just me in the grad rec team and in the week prior to the deadline there is a huge increase in applications - generally I will receive around 50% of applications in the seven days before the deadline. I read all applications from start to finish, therefore it can take some time to read through all. Some weeks candidates will hear back sooner than in other weeks - this is simply and only due to my capacity.

I finished drafting my cover letter for Greenberg, the firm's website states that we can address it to the Graduate Recruitment Team but I was wondering if I should include my details (on the top) too. What do you think?

They said we will hear back today. Definitely a PFO for people who haven’t heard back yet. I am sure they send invites at once then rejections later
