I interviewed with a firm for a WVS two weeks ago tomorrow and still haven't heard back. I followed up politely with grad recruitment yesterday, but to no avail. Anyone else in this boat / has any firm ever taken this long to get back to someone or can I consider it a ghost?

Heya I wouldn’t take it as a rejection, they may have been interviewing people in batches. I know for some firms they are doing interviews across like a four week period! Stay strong!!!

Doesn’t matter when he heard back as you hear back based on when you submit your VI. It’s 15 days so everyone will hear back at different times.
