I think their apps r closed now but qs were:

1) a time where you showed innovative/ entreperunial spirit
2) a time when you had to drop everything and really “raise your game” in order to keep a promise you had made to someone else. How did you manage both this and your other commitments?
3)Tell us about any open days and events that you have attended in the legal sector.

A bit of a random question but would it be worth asking for an AC to be rescheduled as I have come down with a fever and my voice is nearly gone?

Yes - you should reschedule. The firm cannot assess you properly if you are ill and cannot work out how you would have performed if you were well.

Looking for some advice - I submitted my video interview 3 weeks ago but the firm said it should get back to me in 7 days. Should I contact graduate recruitment about this and check that my video interview has been recieved?

I don’t want to come across to them as annoying or impatient but just unsure as to what is going on since I’ve seen people being offered ACs

I haven’t received the report feedback after completing the online test last week. Instead, I received an email saying, ‘Your application is being reviewed’. Is that implying that I met the benchmark too?

The email that says 'Your application is currently under review and we will be in touch after the deadline to advise on the outcome of your application' is one that you will receive after completing the test to essentially confirm that they've received your test.

If you pass the benchmark, you will then receive another email saying 'Thank you for submitting your application to Herbert Smith Freehills and completing our online test. I can confirm that you have reached the benchmark on our online test and your application is now under review.'

You get an email saying that first followed by an email stating whether or not you passed the benchmark

Passed DLA VI benchmark! Did the VI on 18th November so defo not 7 days to hear back.

Hi all - I've got the Latham SJT to do and have a few questions about the VI component at the end. First, how long do you have to prepare and how long do you have to speak? Second, without being overly specific, what sorts of questions are asked: e.g. competency, motivational etc. ? Thank you very much!

And even if you meet the benchmark you are not guaranteed to go to the next stage (i passed and got rejected last week).
