Does anyone know how many people Slaughter and May invite to interview versus how many offers they make? I.e., what are the chances of a Vac Scheme offer once at interview, versus pre-interview

I’d stress it doesn’t quite work like this.

In a situation where they didn’t want to make offers, they would either invite more people to interview or would just take fewer vacation schemers.

Generally firms will work on the basis of bringing somewhere between 2-4 candidates per vax scheme place though, especially to also factor in people who will decline the offer too.

Does anybody have any insight on what Linklaters values for their SJT? My highest scoring attributes were critical thinking and respect, but my lowest scoring was commercial thinking, which makes me think my application my get chucked 😅.

I got on to the open day with highest in respect and teamwork, lowest in commercial thinking!

I received 2 grades out of 4 and i added this on the application form- should i just wait to see if i get my remaining grades by the end of December before sending the same 2 grades I put on the application form?
