for those who passed NRF screening for summer, did you receive the WG link but not the Arctic shores?
Hey Guest, do you have a question for graduate recruitment? Gemma Baker from Willkie is live to answer your questions!
Just been sent WG for NRF but also a behavioural test? is the behavioural test mentioned anywhere on their site? I had no idea they had one of these and would not have applied otherwise
haven’t heard back yetAnyone else heard back from Milbank for spring vs other than people who heard back yesterday. Wondering if its a pfo
When I spoke to them - their justification was that the WG can be learnt whereas it is hard to beat a behavioural test.thanks for this.
Very cringe moving away from psychometric testing that reliably predicts workplace performance/ productivity
It did take almost 2 weeks for me -- don't worry because I know it made me worry.I got a call re VS offer yesterday, but I havent received an email confirmation, is it normal for firms to take a while to send out the confirmation in an email?
which scheme did you apply for?Farrer PFO!
Very expected so lovely to have actually got the one of the PFOs I was asking for yesterday aha
Onwards and upwards!
They are correct tbf. That is why I like WG.When I spoke to them - their justification was that the WG can be learnt whereas it is hard to beat a behavioural test.
Springwhich scheme did you apply for?
Personally, I've always written in sentences that are relatively concise and use simple terms. I find it allows the email to be somewhat structured and neat. But I think it is up to you - as long as the email is easy to understand and structured, I'm sure it's fine.Hi @Jessica Booker. If I had a written task that consisted of drafting an email to a client, where the info needed to be concise, would it be fine to use bullet points? Or would it need to be in full sentences? Thanks!
Not yet heard from them since the VI, have you?Hey, has anyone got an offer for Withers' Spring VS?
