1) From your research, what have you learned about Fieldfisher?
- Should I pick 2-3 points (practice areas, training, etc. almost like a "why the firm" type question) > start each point with basic info e.g. "firm specialises in A,B,C" > then go into more specifics and evidence?
2) What interests you pursuing a career at Fieldfisher and why have you applied to take part in the Diversity Access Scheme?
- I feel this somewhat ties to the previous question and is basically a "why the firm" question?
2) So this is different from the first question because this one as you to talk about what you like about the firm and why, unlike the first question which asks you to talk about what you have learnt about the firm (this can be more generic and does not need to be linked to you in any way). Definitely ensure that you answer why you are interested in applying to the Diversity Access Scheme as well - what makes you a good fit, what motivates you to apply etc.
