Hi, I'm also working on the A&O app too! I guess for the first question, you would say "I did [X experience] and learnt [Y skill]" but for the second question, you'd say "I would then use [Y skill] as a trainee when doing [Z trainee tasks] or [Y skill] is vital as a trainee because of [123 reasons]"... I wouldn't take my word for it though and if anyone approached it different please let me know since I'm also curious how you would answer the question
Also, for the first question, how have you structured it? Does it make more sense to talk about three different experiences and cram in as many skills learnt as possible or just focus on three main skills and use the STAR technique?
after one Ac, the firm said they will get back to me after the weekend. And responded two weeks later to everyone. Hopefully you are alright.
I had an email from them earlier to say they were reviewing my application and will get back to me soon. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not!

I applied for the spring VS with HSF and just completed the test. How long does it take for them to let you know whether you met the bench mark? I am super worried that I went over time by 1-2 mins. However, my report looks positive and I think I did well on the verbal reasoning, not sure on the SJT though...

NRF PFO for WVS post app. Anyone knows if we can reapply for Spring?
I apologise as I am sure this has been dealt with before (but cannot seem to find the post despite searching for it) and I understand that people are still applying for schemes. However I am just wondering how I should proceed with conflicting offers for winter schemes. Obviously I cannot complete them both given they are on the same weeks, but I was wondering whether it would be possible to defer one until Spring or Summer. And if so, how would I go about doing this as I don't want to appear disinterested by telling one firm that I have accepted another offer. Apologies for long post and good luck to everyone on your applications/interviews!
