I think for CRS, it depends on the office to my experience. Last year they did it really slow to send out VIs.
Which office are you applying to?
When you say as thoroughly as can be - some of the dates on mine may not be exact. Are the screening companies overly pedantic about this sort of thing?University societies are not employment so wouldn’t be checked. Anything that is employment will be though (and as throughly as can be).
Employment references are dates employed, job title and that you weren’t found to have committed anything related to misconduct.
I did it last year if you wanted to drop me a message!I've been invited to an Eversheds AC!! If anyone has any guidance or tips they'd be willing to share, that would be greatly appreciated
Whether or not it is realistic is very much dependant on you. Some people can work alongside studies down can’t. I’m very jealous of those that don’t need to work whilst studying! I worked almost full time alongside a full time LLB, 25 hours a week alongside a full time LLM and now 50-60 hours a week alongside the part time LPC. So it can be done but whether or not it should be is an entirely different question. I did this because I live/study in london, am not from london and left home very young so had to rent year round. I also hate house sharing so for my own sanity it’s better to work a lot of hours and pay circa 1500 rent for a one bed than it is to have spare time and housemates.Don’t know if anyone can advise on this…
What are your options if the 10k maintenance grant for the GDL won’t be sufficient for you to live in London? That could just about cover rent…
I have a job offer already so was considering working along side it but don’t know if it’s realistic?
I could go home but I am not from London so may have to do the online version, which would make me v sad and lonely lol 😭
You can’t work full time and study full time. At best one of them will need to be part time and even then it will be tough going. Most people top up the GDL to an LLM and then apply for PG funding.Don’t know if anyone can advise on this…

Rock up in a tracksuit 🤞in all seriousness, I think it's expected that your wear corporate clothes, like how you would dress at a formal job interview in-personWhat do i have to wear for ACs? I hate corporate clothes
It depends what the rationale is for them not being accurate. Sometimes they can be very pedantic about this - it really depends on your rationale though.Anybody know what the critical reasoning test at HFW assessment centre is?

I have been in work since the age of 16, I am now in my mid twenties. surely its pretty irrational of a firm to expect me to know the exact date I started working in a job nearly 10 years ago?It depends what the rationale is for them not being accurate. They are unlikely to ask for employment from over 7 years ago.I cant remember the

Does a 2-day unpaid insight scheme count as employment or no? I heard that some people didn't have to include itThere’ll be a portal (this is the case with vero) and you log in and input all the info of where you’ve lived, your jobs etc
Generally they won’t follow up on these as you weren’t employed.Does a 2-day unpaid insight scheme count as employment or no? I heard that some people didn't have to include it
Thanks! Would I have to list them down alongside other open days?Generally they won’t follow up on these as you weren’t employed.
