Anyone know if we need to provide our details in the heading for the Slaughters cover letter? Seems an awful waste of space for something strictly limited to one side of A4

Could anyone help me with how you would approach this question (the first is what skills you have developed through work/ extra curricular etc): Outline how you would apply these skills to the trainee role at A&O, in order to be successful. (250 words).

Should you discuss tasks you would do or problems you would face?

I would take the skills you mentioned in your response to the first question and apply them to typical trainee tasks or situations you'd face. Also think of things unique to A&O, since that shows you understand their training programme above others.

Hi @Jessica Booker, I completed my SJT test for A&O but they emailed me saying i have 48 hours to complete it. I emailed the grad rec telling them I had completed it, and if they can confirm they have received it, but they haven't got back to me confirming that they received my test. Do you think I should call them? I know there was a similar issue with their SJT tests yesterday.

Hey, I had the same issue last week and I emailed them and I got a response saying they are having issues with automated emails being sent out saying that you haven't completed the test yet but to not worry as they have received it!

In the A&O application, it asks to confirm that 'I am only permitted to apply once in any 12 month period for either a Training Contract or a Vacation Scheme. Please note that you are eligible to apply to multiple regional offices in the same year, but must make the relevant recruitment teams aware. If it is discovered that you have applied for more than one opportunity at the London office in a recruitment cycle, your application will be withdrawn regardless of the stage you have reached.'

If I applied last December in the previous cycle, can I submit my application now for this cycle?
