come at the top of the second page since these are mere signing off formalities and not actual content?

Hey - not sure if this helps, but I always use Calibri 10 instead of 12 when drafting my cover letters as it helps to keep it on one page. I never had any issues with this!

No smaller than 10.

10 is fine as long as you are writing very long paragraphs and haven’t narrowed margins and line spaces too much.

I'm only considering applying for their direct TC in London. I think deadline is end of June so you probably won't hear back until then
