The way I look at it is that you might not get to an interview. So you need to showcase your absolute best on the application. They started sending AC invites just before Christmas. I think they've been sending them in batches each week. I have my AC next Tuesday (eek) - I applied back in October. I've put six. When I was doing the application (in a Word document) I had three. Then when I came to uploading them, I forgot that it only asked for three because it allowed me to add more. Yeah, I just put my degree title and selected 'predicted' 'first'. I did balls up their work experience section because of the format though. How do you mean? I didn't see anywhere to enter individual modules or grades. I know that they have removed A level requirements "to allow a more diverse pool of candidates to apply for training contracts", so I assumed that this was the same reason.- Andrew M

My understanding is that most TCs are awarded to vac schemers but not all. There definitely is an interview and AC for the vac scheme though. I believe that they have moved back to a telephone interview, rather than a video one, to reduce unconscious bias.- Andrew M
