Agree with this. I particularly think the legal industry can be toxic. What other profession can someone start their career with potentially no prior experience or knowledge on a £40/50k salary; that's bizarre to me (yes, I do understand how fee-earners work/time-costing works - I've worked...- FM302989

This is a valuable insight. If anything, in the last year I've learned to have more of an open mind towards my career and where I train. Getting your first legal job in a top 10 Magic Circle firm or whatnot shouldn't be the be-all-end-all to becoming a great lawyer- FM302989
