that Willkie WE was... interesting. But just want to remind people that it isn't just the substance of your submission that is assessed. It's also testing how well you communicate! Having spoken to VS candidates last year, they've ALL stressed that point. So all is not lost guys, praying for the best💯
Was there any word count indication on that platform? I could not see my word count but I most probably went over 500 words (which was the number we should've aimed for)!!!

It is a pretty relaxed AC compared to others I have had. When you arrive be very proactive and get to know everyone because they might end up in your group. It's better to have already built that sort of rapport beforehand so it makes the group exercise less daunting! Written exercise was an email of a client enquiry about one of their practices. Make sure that you know about their strengths and key practice areas because you will 100% be tested upon this in both the written exercise and interview. In the group exercise we were given a topic to present on with key PESTLE factors to be considered. I did mine last year so I'm not sure if it has changed since but thats my general advice! :)
Thank you!

Good evening all!

Does anyone know for reference, if it’s easier to obtain a TC through CC Spark or the direct TC process.

I’m only asking because I’m following the grad rec on LinkedIn who’s commented on a few posts- but essentially they’ve started rolling out TC offers for spark but it’s been only about 8-10 people so far.

I’m curious as to which route is more competitive - not that it matters to me since I’m ineligible for Spark. Although I would much prefer a one day assessment centre and then recieve an offer than to be assessed for 9 month’s continuously and maybe or maybe not be offered a TC- but with the stress of having to perform over their 9 month programme
