Had anyone who applied for CRS in November received VI? Shall I consider this a PFO as I'm not familiar with how CRS processes this but can anyone who's familiar with it confirm whether CRS sends all the invites at one go for a particular area?

I really don’t understand their selection process because no module grades, no application questions, tests to everyone and no VI….

The only differentiation is how everyone wrote their work experience and their test scores no?

I have been invited to complete a video interview and want to make sure to be 'fully prepared'.

When answering a question about qualities or skills, do I need to link it back to my own experiences? I feel like time is of the essence, and if I need to mention multiple aspects, I feel that there is no time to discuss a time when I demonstrated x and y.

Moreover, do you think I can mention examples outside of my professional life?

I've just received the out of office reply for Adeline, who appears to be off work until the 10th. I imagine we'll hear back after that time.

Did anyone else not receive the out of office reply from Debevoise? I didn't receive it and I'm worried that my email went into Adeline's spam folder 😭
