Congrats!! I was supposed to have mine later today but withdrew my app because the scheme dates conflict with another scheme I already have. Remember to smile they can’t see you so you need that personality to shine through. I’ve heard it’s standard competency and motivational. Shower them with reasons why you want to join the firm! Good luck!

I think normally you can - I have actually been in this situation before, as I received my TC offers from Milbank and Willkie in the spring but went on to do my Davis Polk and Slaughter and May vacations schemes in the summer. You should not have any issues with doing your summer schemes unless you sign the TC offer before the summer vacation scheme and one of the following applies:

1. The firm offering the TC has included a clause to the effect that you are prohibited from doing work experiences with other firms (which is quite uncommon in my experience); or
2. The firm offering you a VS in the summer makes the offer conditional on you not having signed a TC offer before (though sometimes there can also be flexibility on this point).

If it’s for summer, no. They sent out an email in January saying they’ll get back to us in mid-February. No idea for spring

For anyone who confirmed their Open Day attendance for Debevoise - have you guys got a “confirmation received” acknowledgment? I didn’t reply to the allhires mail but directly to the senior recruiter’s mail that was in the email.

I did the same and havent had to follow up email yet. Just to confirm your email also contained:
- preference order
- head shot
- mobile number
- passport

Fwiw, I contacted them on Monday, as I realised I had been sent a VI invite but had not received it. They resent in and reset it yesterday, and I completed it the same day.
This would suggest the ACs are not yet finalised.

Was this for spring or summer? I applied back in October for the Summer VS but havent heard anything - have also checked the portal and no communication there either. Seen a few people getting VI's and AC's so unsure what to think!
