I think no-one can offer insights on Goodwin VI since its the first time they are doing it…😭
Hey Guest, do you have a question for graduate recruitment? Gemma Baker from Willkie is live to answer your questions!
Agreed - it's not even on the application process part of their website 😅 guess we'll all just have to give it a go!I think no-one can offer insights on Goodwin VI since its the first time they are doing it…😭
Any1 been progressed to the stage after the Eversheds VI?
I completed mine on the 29th of December but still haven't heard back; and from the thread, I haven't seen anyone progress yet.
I did my VI on the 27th not sure what the next stage would be- I think AC
I applied 18 Nov!Congratulations!! Can I ask when you applied?
I applied on the 27th of Dec and got the test invite yesterday!Well done!! I don’t think it’s automatic because their website says this about their application process ‘Timeline’: ‘Selected candidates invited to take the Watson Glaser psychometric test (practice test above)’.
Btw if you don’t mind me asking, when did you apply ?
I applied to Hogan Lovells just abit under two weeks ago and did my WGT over a week ago but haven’t yet heard anything as to whether it’s a PFO or AC.Has anyone got a PFO from Withers, Mayer Brown or Hogan Lovells after WG? Havent heard anything from them yet!
I think it’s all parts of the WGT because when I did mine it had questions for each section but some were longer than others. For those that have done the MacFarlanes test, what sections of the WG do they test on?
late November - yes it was for the SVS.Can I please ask when you applied and if this was for the summer vac scheme?
No address needed, just address to Ms Germaine VanGeyzel. I don't think Travers are too strict on the word count, particularly in respect of the cover letter i.e. it can be say 700 words. On the additional questions, I think it is recommended to use as much of the 500 words as you can but you are correct in trying to avoid repeating yourself too much. Grad Recruitment emphasised that these additional questions are about getting to know you as a person and what you are about so as along as you feel as though you have gotten this across, then I would imagine that it would be okay.Hello! Does anyone have any advice for the Travers Smith application? I am not sure if I should include addresses for the cover letter since it's 1000 words/trying to keep it to one page of A4. Furthermore, the additional questions being 500 words each is slightly tricky, would it be acceptable to have them around 300-350 words instead? Just don't want to repeat myself too much!
chambers student says £500 https://www.chambersstudent.co.uk/law-firms/vacation-schemes/vacation-schemes-comparedGoodwin VI invite Rahhhh🦅
On a serious note does anyone know whether their vac scheme is paid since they made no mention of salary on their website?
Asynchronous means you record your answers in your own time and the person watching at the other end, reviews your responses in their own time rather than you both needing to be available at the same time as one another.Goodwin VI and Gibson Dunn's first interview with GR. One question, anyone know what the hell a 'asynchronous video' is 😂😂😂
Hello, don't have any insights but what are yours on the Weil VI thanksJust received Goodwin VI! Any insights would be much appreciated, I have insights into Willkie and Weil VI!
