I too went through a technical issue with my DLA Piper VI unfortunately a few weeks ago. It is not uncommon to face issues with VI and law firms are very accommodating in this respect. My VI was reset and deadline was shifted. I'd suggest emailing the GR team detailing your issue and attaching a screenshot too if possible. I'm sure they will assist you when they can. I hope this offers some reassurance.I feel absolutely sick with worry. I just started my Mishcon VI and at the first step I was asked to take a pic for a thumbnail (as step 1 of 5) which I did and pressed continue. I pressed continue again as nothing happened and then got to screen which showed step 5 of 5 and said thank you for completing the VI but I never did and never had any questions. I could honestly cry!! My deadline is Boxing Day and doubt anyone from GR will even answer me before the deadline. I am so gutted!!
I dont think anyone on this forum has had a response yetMy Linklaters spring vs is still on hold, assuming a pfo
saturday tomorrow plus Xmas on MondayPraying they reply to us by tomorrow, I hate the anticipation 😭😭
You need to explain what your expectations are for which route you will be taking, and where/when you expect to do this. It is an open question to check people's expectations of what and when they will study. How do I approach this question: "Please confirm if you intend to do the PGDL/LPC/SQE, and when and where do you propose to commence this?" - I am in my final year of a law degree. @Jessica Booker do you have any insight?
Bird & Bird had one firm related question and three competency based questions. I would just refresh yourself on the reasons you are attracted to the firm and then focus on writing out situations where you have demonstrated different skills (e.g., Teamwork/collaboration, working under pressure...)Does anyone have any tips for the Eversheds and Bird & Bird VIs?
