I think they said that you need to meet the benchmark and that is going to be a factor that is going to help them decide whether to invite people for the assessment centre. So, I am pretty sure you have to meet or surpass the benchmark.Anyone have any idea how a firm uses online tests in their recruitment process? I emailed TW about it, seeing as their test is different to the one you did last year @axelbeugre (as it was not a game based assessment but more like a WG.) I got back a message when asking them about this and they said:
"We review the application forms and shortlist them, inviting only the shortlisted candidates to the online assessment stage. We then look at those results alongside our benchmark to decide who is invited to the final stage – the assessment centre.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, please feel free to get back in touch."
So am i right in thinking that if someone does average and is close to the benchmark of the test, their application would then be reviewed again when making a final decision? Instead of taking solely the test result as the only decision?
I read the email and im so scared of it honestly 😭 idk what the 3rd q could beCC VI invite!!!
Does it mean I’ve been rejected if I haven’t gotten an email yet?CC VI invite!!!
did you applied their TC or SPARK program?CC VI invite!!!
At this point I guess yeah? Seems like they have sent out VIs. But hey it’s not a rejection until you get the emailIf you haven’t received an email yet are you to assume you haven’t been selected for CC?

It’s complex for systems to send out probably 1000s of emails and common to do big communications in batches. You might still get good news later today. If you haven’t received an email yet are you to assume you haven’t been selected for CC?
It will need to be a longer period of time to train as you will need to accumulate the equivalent of two-years full-time of qualifying work experience. So for instances, if you were only working 2.5 days a week instead of 5, your training contract would need to be 4 years long rather than 2.@Jessica Booker Hi Jessica! I‘m applying to Osborne Clarke, on the application form they said they have part-time training contract as well, is there any different with the normal training contract?
