Thank you! I think I should assume PFO by nowFor london they said at the AC they are having 5 , the 4th is today
congrats!! may i know whether this was for the spring scheme? am still waiting post-VI all the best for your AC!!Hi, I received a AC invite from Bakers yesterday night for this Tuesday. It was really unexpected as my VI went terribly and it is so soon that I am really nervous. If anyone has any advice/ experience with Bakers please share message me!
Hi, I'm in a similar situation re Freshfields. Would there be any possible benefit from asking when we could expect to hear back? e.g. could they realistically have forgotten to send feedback/make an offer? My thinking was simply that they were making offers to others while keeping us on hold to see if they could fill up the places with their first choices. If it was early or mid-January, I would contact them and ask when you should expect to hear back.
Unsure what's "typical", but I've previously had a call with an offer in the late evening! (think way past 5pm)Is it more typical that grad rec calls with good news in the morning? Or does the timing not matter?
Small sample size but usually in late afternoon/evening in my experience. But if they call it’s usually good news unless it’s a scheduled feedback callIs it more typical that grad rec calls with good news in the morning? Or does the timing not matter?
do you think that means they will send their last batch of ac invites today? For london they said at the AC they are having 5 , the 4th is today
It only gets better from there! reflect on the positives and (if unsuccessful) ask for detailed feedback. But you never know. How you did may just be your perception.didn't do well in my first ac but being reflective and improve is the way to goooo
Unlikely to have been forgotten about whether successful or not, but at least might get clarity on when you will hear back.Hi, I'm in a similar situation re Freshfields. They will call whenever. They are busy people - you could easily be contacted at 7.00pm as much as 9.00amIs it more typical that grad rec calls with good news in the morning? Or does the timing not matter?
Sorry I’m unsuredo you think that means they will send their last batch of ac invites today?
Hey, Congrats on getting two ACs though, that’s amazing!Just did the half assessment day with Freshfields in Jan but they still haven't got back to me. They said it could take a couple weeks but now I am nervous.
I recently got a rejection from Hogan Lovells after taking part in their assessment centre so my confidence is pretty low now.
Thank you! I completed mine on the 23rd of Jan I believeCongrats! Can I ask when you completed your SST?
