Period of Recognised Training (QWE) 2025 (Closing Date:15/01/2023) | |
You are supposed to apply for either the open day, or the training contract and vac scheme together. They explain it in the bit above the options. Hope this helps! On the Cooley website it states: to be considered for one of Cooley's four training places per year, you must participate in our London summer programme.
I am just wondering what it means on the application form where it says as one of the options:
Period of Recognised Training (QWE) 2025 (Closing Date:15/01/2023)
Which to me, makes it seem as though there is a direct training contract route. Am I being dense??
I applied in November too and also haven't heard back - as far as I know I don't think anyone has heard back yet but could be wrong. Is it just me or has anyone heard from Mayer Brown after doing their test. I did their test in November and have not heard back yet.
i personally didn’t as everything i would have included was covered by the other questionsHey all! For Pinsent Masons are we supposed to include a cover letter in our application? The wording seems ambiguous.
Yeah thats what I figured. Thank you!i personally didn’t as everything i would have included was covered by the other questions
Thank you very much!I don’t think you can really prepare for it much. Just go over why BM and practice some competency questions. Make sure to try include examples where you can but the time is so restricted so make sure you’re covering everything but briefly. I hope you do well!
I think it is non-rolling this year then I guess.I applied in November too and also haven't heard back - as far as I know I don't think anyone has heard back yet but could be wrong.
thank youuu, good luck with your applications toogood luck! let us know what they say!
I completed my tests 28th November I think it was. This was for direct TC, don’t think anyone’s heard back yetIs it just me or has anyone heard from Mayer Brown after doing their test. I did their test in November and have not heard back yet.
I have been to their open day today. GR said they checking applications slowly and will be running most of their ACs on February. So we still have time until that date.Is it just me or has anyone heard from Mayer Brown after doing their test. I did their test in November and have not heard back yet.
I haven't heard back either. However, when I spoke to them at a law fair, they recommended I apply for the VS rather than the open day first then the VS, as they plan to take people through the process before the deadline.I think it is non-rolling this year then I guess.
