Congrats! :) So just to clarify, am I correct in thinking that Clifford Chance won't ask an applicant to do a Watson Glaser Test again if they have passed it in any previous application cycle?
I think when I talked with GR, they mentioned you must have passed it within the past two years? I am not completely sure though - it might be longer according to the website!

Ahh ok, I passed it in 2019 for SPARK but when I applied for the 2023 TC this year, I ended up creating a new account on Taleo as I didn't think it mattered. And since then I have received the 'profile of interest but no Watson Glaser yet' email. Do you think it is worth emailing the Graduate Recruitment team about this? Thanks :)

Hi, Was slightly unsure how to approach Bird & Bird's questions and what exactly they were answering for... these are the 2 questions I was confused about:

1) Based on your research, what do you understand to be the biggest opportunity for one of the sectors in which we specialise?
Is this question asking what the biggest opportunity is for the tech industry for example in general or what is an opportunity that Bird & Bird can take advantage of in the tech industry? What should the tech industry focus on? Or what Bird & bird should focus on in the tech industry?

2) In your view, what will be the greatest innovation to influence the firm in the next 5 years and why?
What is the greatest innovation that will impact the way law firms are structured or the way its employees will work (for example new AI, document drafting tech etc) or what is a big innovation in the world in general that will bring in a lot of work for the firm?

Hope this makes sense and would appreciate if people could share how they are approaching these questions as I am super unsure :)

Hi, does anyone have an idea on how to approach this question please?

Which of our values (trust, respect, innovation, collaboration) resonates with you the most and how does that set you apart from the rest? (250)

@Jessica Booker
I would pick the one that resonates with you the most and use either own or a few examples from your previous experiences to really back up why you have that value in your life. There is likely going to need a stand out example of it the really help you explain the stand out from the rest piece - it needs to be something where you have gone above and beyond to show that quality/value.
