I have no clue what Linklaters ask for in their CAPP assessment, is it such a weird one!! 😂😂I got ‘motivation’ as my lowest scoring attribute in the Linklaters CAPP assessment 🥵🥲Last year it was one of my highest scoring attributes 🤣
JOKES
Hi! I asked many times grad recruitment and got an email confirmation that using the same answers won’t affect the application as they don’t check previous ones and they treat it as if it’s new and never submitted before. So, that’s what I’m doing since I know these answers were good enough to take me to the next stage! Hope this helpedHi @Jessica Booker
I was wondering if you could help me with this, I am applying to Eversheds Sutherland again having got to the AC stage. I have edited 2/3 answers from last year, however, there is one scenario question where I think I have used the same example as I think that's the best one. Can I leave the same scenario and tweak it slightly or would you recommend using another example for that strengths-based question?
Thanks!
I feel you 😑I have no clue what Linklaters ask for in their CAPP assessment, is it such a weird one!! 😂😂
up to 24 hours I believeHey everyone! How long does it take for Linklaters to provide the CAPPS report?
Not necessarily only paid employment, but you do have to be selected due to the limited options you can input. For your second question, it's up to you but probably more beneficial if you select a few and go into detail.Hi! I am in the process of applying for a vacation scheme with Norton Rose Fulbright and I have a question regarding the work experience section of the application form.
The section states: 'Please give details of any full or part-time employment, both general and legal, you have undertaken or plan to undertake in the near future.', and you can add four different employers.
Does this only apply to employment, or also other work experience such as volunteering, virtual internships and open days? I can see that there is also a section for other work experience, so I am assuming that it only applies to paid employment, but I thought I should double check.
Also, when writing in the other work experience section (which has a 200 word limit) should I briefly describe every other work experience, or should I just pick a few and go into more detail?
Thank you!
Sorry, me again! Did they also mention to whom you address the cover letter? Is it to graduate recruitment, or a specific individual? Many thanksHey I attended their session at my law fair, and they prefer being 1-1.25 pages. Try structuring it well and being succinct.
Yes - that is fine.Hi @Jessica Booker

Thanks! I'll bear that in mind! Not Jessica but this sounds like a great example of innovation so I would use it again if you want to. However, I would consider redrafting your answer and make sure you use the STAR format if appropriate (not sure the exact wording of question).
Thanks! Out of interest, on the question entitled "Please detail below any further information that you would like us to consider when reviewing your application", would it be relevant for me to mention having completed Hogan Lovells' Forage scheme?Yes - sounds perfectly ok to use. My only advice would be to really try to focus on the innovation you implemented. I see a lot of these answers around adapting society activities online, and my only concern is that everyone had to do that - it wasn’t necessarily innovation just necessity. However, I have seen these examples work well when they really focus on the novel/unique aspects of how they adapted to online methods
Yes - a good place for that kind of detail. You don't need to tell them what you did though - they know what it consists of, so just focus on 1 or 2 very brief points of what you took away from completing it.Thanks!
